How we handle your data.

Short version: we only collect what you send us yourself, we never sell it on, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The long version follows.

Who is responsible

Mano Studio AB, company reg. no. 559609-8995, Toarpsdal 21, 516 90 Dalsjöfors, Sweden, is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.

Questions about personal data go to andreas@manostudio.se

What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form we save what you write: name, company, email address, phone number and your message. If you email or call us, we keep what's needed to reply and follow up.

The website itself does not collect personal data in the background. We use no analytics tools or ad pixels that track you across sites.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (steps prior to a contract).
  • To carry out work we have agreed on (contract).
  • To stay in touch with existing clients and contacts (legitimate interest).
  • To meet bookkeeping and accounting requirements (legal obligation).

Who can see the data

Only us at Mano Studio, and the suppliers we need to run the site and handle contact. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts the website, and delivered to our email. These suppliers may have servers outside the EU/EEA; in that case the transfer relies on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We never sell data on.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Client data is kept for as long as we work together and thereafter as long as Swedish accounting law requires, seven years for invoice records.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict how we use it, to object to the processing and to receive it in a machine-readable format. Email us and we'll sort it out.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se

If we add analytics tools in the future, they will only be activated once you've chosen to accept all cookies. You can change your choice at any time:
